Background
Karen has a rare blend of technology, people and organisational transformation expertise, having been responsible for large-scale global and regional transformation initiatives for multi-national corporations including BHP, Honeywell, Eaton and Microsoft at VP and C-Level responsibilities.
She advises board members and leaders in developing unified organisational strategies for business and technology convergence, and their holistic impact.

Karen’s industry experience spans mining, manufacturing, technology, professional services and the Government. Over the last few years, she has worked with the Australian and US Governments on the Digital Transformation Agenda, Open Data, Data Security and Privacy concerns. The Australian economy saves over $1b per annum through simplified business reporting to the government and the Superannuation industry saved over $3billion through use of contemporary technology and processes.
